Created by Sigal Avin and David Schwimmer, the #ThatsHarrassment films depict various cases of sexual harassment in the workplace, all based on real events. The team created this project to highlight behaviors that are unacceptable and to end institutional silence and complicity. They’ve teamed up with the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN), the Ad Council, and the National Women's Law Center (NWLC) to empower victims and bystanders to speak out against sexual harassment and provide tools for employers to create a safe work environment. If you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual harassment, help is available.
